Gain basic knowledge and entry-level skills in business administration to seek employment as an office assistant. You will study units that cover basic knowledge of the foundations of customer service, workplace communication, working with others, or mail handling. This course also offers access to industry experts who are dedicated in guiding each student to achieve their success in the business industry.
