Tropics Restaurant and The Queenslander are our award-winning training restaurants, giving our hospitality students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a real world environment. Tropics Cafe and Coffee Shop serves a variety of dishes prepared daily by our apprentice chefs and is served by food and beverage students.
Our learning spaces are more than just classrooms. Our hospital-standard clinical nursing simulation room is equipped with electric beds, vital signs monitors, ECG machines, IV trolleys and responsive simulator mannequins. Prepare yourself for real-world situations and practice on state-of-the-art equipment under the supervision of industry professionals.
The salons give you an opportunity to put theory into practice and gain practical skills in a real world environment. Our fully operational hairdressing and beauty salon offers a range of services such as hair styling, cutting, colouring, perming, and chemical straightening. Beauty services include waxing, tinting, manicures, pedicures, spray tanning, makeup application, facials, and massages.
Our newly installed recording studio features state-of-the-art equipment including Pro Tools 12, Avid C24 Control Surface, and Neeve and SSL Preamps. The campus also has two performance and rehearsal spaces where weekly concert practice and monthly open-to-the-public concerts are held. Our graduates regularly achieve national and international recognition with airplay on stations such as Triple J and performances at some of Australia's biggest music festivals.

If you live nearby, cycling could be another cost effective option to get to class with bike racks available on campus.
