In this course you will gain specialised knowledge in the planning and implementation of a range of leadership and management functions. You will develop the cognitive and creative skills to review, critically analyse, consolidate, and synthesise ideas and knowledge. Learn how to use communication skills to develop partnerships and influence change as well as how to generate ideas and provide solutions to complex problems. This course will also teach you how to interpret financial and economic information for strategic decision-making purposes.
