Post-trade training is great if you want to specialise, gain a specific trade licence, gain credit towards university or expand your horizons after completing an apprenticeship. TAFE Queensland offers a range of post-trade specialist short courses, diplomas and advanced diplomas.

Post-trade training is a very different experience than doing your apprenticeship or traineeship. Our teachers will work with you in a range of applied areas to give you additional scope and expertise in your specialist area or a different area of interest.

Flexible training

Sometimes finding time for yourself or your employees to be released for post-trade training can be difficult, which is why we have a range of flexible training delivery options including online.

This means you or your employees can continue to learn with minimal disruption to your operations.

Costs and payment options

Course costs vary depending on the type and level of qualification. Visit the relevant course page for more information.

There are a range of government and private funding and subsidies available that may reduce the cost of your training. We also offer a range of payment options including payment plans than can help make your training costs more manageable.
