Course overview

Course overview

Participants will develop practical skills to help better manage their own emotions and the emotional state of others and collaboratively and respectfully explore the quality of the methods we use to assign weight to our reasons for thinking that something is true.

Our brains may only allow us to question so much before our own defences kick in to sabotage the process. Allowing someone else to ask questions that dig deeper into your reasoning process could be one of the healthiest and loving things people can do for you.

These practical communication skills can help people to better manage conflict at home and at work and calibrate the confidence that we have in the beliefs that we hold about ourselves and others for more collaborative and reliable decision making.

Some past testimonials:

“This course opened my mind an incredible amount with everyday skills and different perspectives. Couldn’t recommend it enough!”

“Phenomenal workshop! I sat in awe whilst attending one of Michael’s workshops on Emotional Intelligence. He has really dedicated himself to the understanding of this topic and definitely delivered the education and knowledge in an easy to follow format. The entire workshop was interactive and fun! What I loved most is that Michael was honest about his journey and learning habits and how EI has played a bit part - having this honesty allowed the room to feel comfortable as all concerns of judgement floated away and each attendee was able to relate to their personal journey. Thanks again Michael.”

“I attended one of Michael's workshops the other day and was so blown away by how informative it was! He broke down big concepts and made them easy to understand and enjoyable as well! Would definitely recommend!”
